Storm Powder Spray Cabinet Detergent
Alkaline Spray-wash Detergent

An inhibited alkaline powder detergent for automated process cleaning, maintenance cleaning of equipment and parts, aircraft components or other parts requiring low residue, in high-pressure spray wash cabinet and conveyer systems.

Storm Powder...
  • Quickly removes grease, oils and carbonaceous soils
  • Leaves no residue after rinsing to avoid conductivity problems in motor windings. Will not attack electrical insulation and varnishes.
  • Contains no glycol ethers, HAPS or VOCs, and is biodegradable and environmentally safe.
  • Long bath life and low use concentrations provide exceptional value with low use costs.
  • Provides operator safety. Will not erupt when mixed in hot water like caustic-based products.
  • Will not build excess foam in spray cabinets at operating temperatures (above 140° F).
  • Contains no silicone to interfere with new coatings or paint
  • Aerospace qualified. Conforms to Boeing D6-17487, Douglas CSD#1 and AMS 1526B
  • Excellent with ultra-filtration systems
Use Instructions
Designed for use in hot spray pressure cabinet systems, conveyor type washers and immersion cleaning equipment. Can be used in manual pressure wash applications. Operate equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.

  For light to medium duty cleaning   Use at 3%
Heavy Duty Cleaning   Use 5-8%  

Storm Powder Spray Cabinet Detergent mixes readily and may be added to an opened tank of hot water with minimal agitation. It will not erupt in hot water like caustic-based products.

Clean at 140° F - 190° F, typically for 5-30 minutes. Rinse parts with fresh ater before drying. Most spray wash systems have a fresh rinse cycle. To maintain correct product concentration levels, through extended periods between system water changes, use the Water Works Titration Test Kit.
